Once you have subscribed to a program through Fitr, simply download the app and log in. You will receive an email with step-by-step instructions to help you set up your account. After logging into the Fitr app on your Android or iOS device, you will have immediate access to your program. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@relicathlete.com for assistance.
This Program/Track requires the following equipment.
Relic Guardian:
This program is designed for accessibility and tactical performance, requiring minimal but effective equipment. You’ll need access to basic strength and conditioning tools such as: barbell and plates, dumbbells or kettlebells, pull-up bar, adjustable bench, resistance bands, and a plyometric box. For conditioning and sprint work, open space or access to a treadmill, rower, or airbike (echo, assault or others) and stationary bike. Some sessions may incorporate sled pushes/pulls or sandbags, but substitutions are always provided for athletes without access to specialty equipment. Our goal is to ensure you can train effectively whether you’re in a fully equipped gym, department facility, or a minimal home setup.
Yes, when you join Relic Athlete, you're not just signing up for a workout program; you're becoming part of a vibrant, supportive community. You will have access to coaches and the entire Relic community through the Fitr app. On there, we will celebrate victories, overcome challenges, and motivate each other to strive for our best.
