RELIC GUARDIAN

This periodized training program is designed for police officers, elite patrol officers, and SWAT/K9 team members to prepare for the job’s physical and mental demands. Suitable for all fitness levels, the program includes three tracks: Operator (elite units), Officer (patrol officers), and Cadet (on-ramp for getting back in shape). Progress at your own pace.

Suitable for law enforcement professionals and anyone looking to improve their physique, this program helps you look and feel your best.

RELIC SIXTY

This 60-minute, in-and-out functional training plan is structured like a typical fitness class, designed to deliver an efficient and effective workout in just one hour. It is recommended that participants have 3 to 6 months of experience with group CrossFit or functional fitness classes.

RELIC PRIMALIST

The RELIC Primalist program focuses on the basics and requires minimal equipment, with a no-equipment option available every day. Each workout lasts 30 to 45 minutes and includes a warm-up, WOD, and cool-down. This program is suitable for all fitness levels.
